is the use of a user account ? [back]
The site of the
Domaine
de la Bastide Neuve allows you to discover the vineyard and its wines.
If you wish to order our wines by Internet, you need to create a user
account. While you are registrating, the
necessary informations to create your account as well as your
contact details for the delivery of the products are communicated to
us.
You can access your account by an identification (your e-mail address)
and by a password (which you choose). With this information, you can
log in on to our site at any time to check your personal
information, your contact details and your placed orders.
You can check the situation of each order (its status
indicates the situation of the treatment of your order) and
shows
the correspondant order slip.
The creation of your user account does not oblige you to order
anything, but will be necessary when you would like to order any
product on line.
We recommend you to create your user account before you proceed to your
first order.
After you have created your user account, you will receive an e-mail of
confirmation for your inscripltion. If you loose your password, you may
ask for a reminder, which will be sent to you on your e-mail by using
the option "Forgotten your
identifiaction or password?" which you will find on the reception page.
How
does the process of the order go on ? [back]
The order of a
product is done in 5 steps.
The first step consists in adding the chosen products to your basket.
At this stage, you can use the options "wooden cases" (only for bottles
of 0,75l and by units of 6 bottles).
At this stage, you can calculate the carriage costs by indicating the
delivery zone. In any way, the carriage costs will be
confirmed again
after having validated your delivery address.
The second step will identify you: if you have a client's account, you
will be able to connect yourself, or continue your order, if you are
already
identified. You can also create your clients account at this stage, if
you are a first user.
The third step allows you to confirm your contact details and
especially your delivery address (which will determine the final
calcuation of the carriage costs).
The fourth step will show you the summary of your order and your
contact details.
The fifth step allows you to confirm your order and to proceed to the
payment by choosing your way of payment.
At the end of your
order, you will
receive a confirmation and the reference of your order, as well as a
link
which allows you to print the order slip if you wish to pay by
mail. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your oder and the
details of the ordered products, the amount of the carriage costs and
the final price of your order.
At any time you will
be able to connect yourself with your identification and your password
to see the summary of your order.
How
are the carriage costs calculated ? [back]
The carriage costs
are
calculated according to the delivery zone. In France, the tariff is
adjusted according to the postal code. The Domaine de la Bastide Neuve
will deliver the ordered products by a private transport
company
with whom has been established a list of tariffs by region and
according to the number of bottles ordered. The carriage costs are
constantly adjusted when asked for the summary which will allow you to
validate your delivery address.

How
to navigate between the different steps of the order process ? [back]
While you are
ordering, icons will be shown on top of the page indicating the step you are
actually in (it will be shown in colour to indicate which step is
active). It is possible for you to come back to a previous step by
clicking on the relevant icon. You can only come back step by step.
Your order will become final only after having validated it in step 5.
This allows you to come back at any time to the shop and change the
content of your basket by consulting the products on the site.
In
which countries can the products be delivered ? [back]
At the present,
only in
France will deliveries be effected for orders placed by Internet. Do
not
hesitate to contact us directly if you are not satisfied with your
order or the delivery suggested to you on our site.
